Return Policy

 

For most items, in the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Return shipping reimbursement is not available for this.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us prior to returning items and obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Include this number on the shipping label.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

ADDITIONAL RETURN INFORMATION:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

L A T E  O R  M I S S I N G  R E F U N D  (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Depending on your bank, returns may take up to 3-5 business days to process and post on your account.

Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

S A L E  I T E M S (if applicable)
Regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items will be reviewed for a refund depending upon reason.
Clearance items cannot be refunded.

E X C H A N G E S (if applicable)
We also replace items if they are shipped defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form and send your item to the provided address on the return label given via email. 

S H I P P I N G 
To return your product, please print return label provided via email when your return is requested.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary depending return shipping address. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, if items are lost in transit.
